Benevolent Partners
Living Faith Lutheran, Le Mars, Iowa, pledges annual contributions to the following Benevolent Partners to assist their efforts to serve the community of Le Mars and beyond. Through prayer and discernment, our congregation supports our benevolent partner organizations in diverse ways. Whether through financial contributions, volunteer efforts, or material donations, we strive to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those in need. Our commitment to social justice and compassion extends beyond the walls of our church, as we actively seek opportunities to partner with local and global organizations that align with our values. While the list below comprises those organizations that have been approved for support by Living Faith Lutheran each year, our benevolence efforts extend beyond this group of important organizations in the form of special offerings, volunteer events, and actions.

The following Benevolent Partners have been approved by the congregation of Living Faith Lutheran for 2024.
Le Mars Backpack Program
The Le Mars Backpack Program provides students in Le Mars, Iowa, with basic necessities while away from school to prevent them from going without. Working in conjunction with Le Mars schools, bags of snacks and other items are distributed by volunteers each week to those students who qualify for free/reduced lunches.
Lutheran World Relief
Lutheran World Relief is an international aid and development organization that partners with communities to help develop productive and stable economies, improve resilience in the face of a changing climate, and respond to natural disasters and humanitarian crises. Spirit 712
The impetus of Spirit 712 is a "wink from God" to Dave Grosenheider who wanted to create a Contemporary Christian music station to provide hope, inspiration, and entertainment to its listeners. The Table at Rejoice!
Serving Plymouth and Sioux counties through private donations and grants; The Table Food Pantry provides canned and shelf-stable products, meats, and some hygiene products as available.
